In labor economics, limited mobility bias refers to downward bias in the estimated correlation between worker and firm effects in two-way fixed-effects wage models when few workers move between firms. This meaning comes from Andrews (2008) in Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series A: Statistics in Society.[1]
