In natural language processing, GloVe refers to word vectors learned by fitting a log-bilinear model to global word co-occurrence counts, so vector differences capture ratios of co-occurrence probabilities. This meaning comes from Pennington (2014) in Proceedings of the 2014 Conference on Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing (EMNLP).[1]
